Would you like to get away from the stresses and strains of everyday modern living? Would you like the opportunity of learning new skills and meeting new like minded people?

Nature provides us with wonderful opportunities to learn and explore, to play and enjoy the ever changing seasons as the wheel of the year turns another circle.

Bushcraft Taster days are a wonderful way to reconnect you to the natural world and are designed to provide an introduction to the tools, techniques and skills of Bushcraft. You will be introduced to ancient and modern techniques in various methods of fire lighting; natural cordage; cooking over the open fire; methods of creating shelter, natural navigation, and the safe use of axes, knives and saws.

We will be walking through 300 acres of beautiful Ancient woodland in Kent - the Garden of England and identifying which trees and plants were used as valuable resources by our ancestors. This is a full and wonderful taster day to introduce you to the exciting and enriching world of Bushcraft.

The day starts at 10am and finishes around 4pm.  Please bring a packed lunch and drinking water - the kettle is always on the camp fire with complimentary hot drinks always available.

For groups of 10 participants.
